Brian & Rebekah Keiser – Pastor / Elder

The Keisers moved to Hawaii following Brian’s graduation from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2005.  He worked as a Youth Pastor and Equipping Pastor before planting Kona Bible Church in February 2012.  They welcomed their first child, Calvin, in May of 2011 and their second, Sophia, in January of 2014.  Brian enjoys sports, playing tennis and golfing, and watching all things Philadelphia (he’s from Lancaster, PA) and Virginia Tech (he’s a ’96 graduate).  Rebekah taught high school English for eight years, six in Hawaii, but is now media assistant at KBC and raising their active children.

Luke Clebsch – Worship Leader

Luke Clebsch, originally from California, has been a Big Island resident since 1998. He studied music at Oberlin College, and served on many worship teams in the mainland and Hawaii before leading worship at KBC. He is married to Andrea who is also an accomplished musician. Luke is passionate about using music to promote unity, encourage faith, and heal the brokenhearted. He is also an active producer, teacher, and performer on the island. “Sing out the honor of His name; make His praise glorious.” Psalm 66:2 

Bob & Naomi Brown – Elder

Bob Brown, grew up in Upstate New York, and came to Hawaii in 2000 after living in Taiwan for 2 years.  He volunteered with Youth with a Mission for four years and it was there that he met his wife Naomi.  They were married in 2002.  He has two sons, Casey and Calvin.  Bob enjoys the outdoors, sports, movies and sailing.  Bob is a professional photographer and photographs weddings, portraits and events.

Ken & Rochelle Anderson – Elder

Having first visited the islands as a young couple in 1986 and loving it, Ken Anderson and his wife Rochelle moved to Hawaii in 2006.  Ken and Rochelle were married in Long Beach California in 1982, have two grown children, Chad and Lexi; plus a couple of cute dogs, Kozmo and Jupiter.  Both Ken and Rochelle are long-time Christians, having served as ministry volunteers or on staff at Church for over 20 years.  They have both taught Bible studies, discipleship classes and hosted home fellowship groups.  Ken once served on staff as the Administrative Pastor at a large Church in Nevada.  He now works full time as a professional broker at Windermere Real Estate in Kailua-Kona. Rochelle owns and operates a local specialty food company called DaVine Foods.  Ken and Rochelle love the Lord and love people.  They hope you’ll come to Kona Bible Church and find authentic Christianity and discover a family of fellow believers you can both love and trust.
